Helia Bar is a 100% clean, high-protein bar made with just 6 simple ingredients you can actually pronounce. No additives, no preservatives, no artificial anything — just real food that fuels your day.

Each bar contains 15g of clean protein, sourced mainly from egg whites.

This little shine is natural! All bars have oil, but most brands hide it with emulsifiers and other additives. When the bar is pressed by the machine, some of the peanut oil naturally comes to the surface — just like in a jar of 100% peanut butter. Don’t worry though, it’s completely healthy and a sign that our bars are truly 100% clean!

Helia bars should be stored in a cool, dry place. While it will not have an adverse effect on food safety, refrigerating or freezing is not recommended as it could compromise the texture of the bar.
